Description: The conversion of an existing Victorian office building into 20 affordable rented apartments and the demolition of some partially derelict buildings and the construction of a new five storey block of 39 apartments for a  mix of open market and shared ownership tenure. The developer retained the openmarket units and the freehold of the balance comprising all the rented and all the shared ownership apartments was sold to aHousing Association.
