The company has a portfolio of commercial properties with a mix of retail, leisure and residential tenants. The properties are located in the south east of the country.
Our investment strategy is to secure well located, but not prime, commercial properties with a bias towards retail. We do not pursue institutional leases but prefer owner occupiers and SME that have leases on shorter terms. We then work with the tenants to create an environment that encourages stability. In essence cash flow rather than institutional standard values.
